Sara Gruen's H20 for Elephants

Water for Elephants Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen

My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Saving the circus from utter failure is up to a tough circus owner, the roughabouts and one veterinarian, Jacob Jankowski. The owner is August and his star is now a 500 pound elephant name Rosie. She needs to learn some manners in communication and so ends a great story for all ages. Jankowski is a keeper in the circus when he leaves the nursing home upon his son's last visit. Charles looks for his dad, but Jacob has left for the deal of a lifetime@circus....
Sara Gruen will be in Onondaga County at the Civic Center next June.

Appreciation Feels Great! LinkedIn.com

Terri Koehler has endorsed your work as Information Services Librarian & Adult Programs Coordinator at Broome County Public Library.

I am so happy to see that there is a player on my old team who loves and appreciates what I do and it makes me feel very good about myself. Take a look at the Website "LinkedIn" for a recommendation from your friends, co-workers or family. Have a great day and spread the word about your co-workers and those who mean a lot to you@LinkedIN.com I think you'll feel the good, too.

Dear Susan,
I've written this recommendation of your work to share with other LinkedIn users.

Details of the Recommendation: "Susan was a wonderful colleague of mine at the Broome County Public Library. She offered assistance to the library patrons in every way possible: locating books; helping with the computers; providing overall reference information. Drawing upon her own love of reading, Sue was invaluable at providing reader's advisory and consistently prepared pamphlet bibliographies for patron use. Susan would schedule individual appointments for computer training as well as teach formal computer classes. I looked forward to the hours we were scheduled to work on the reference desk together, as we both understood the "team approach " to providing reference service. Her presence at the Broome County Public Library is truly missed."
